The Recruiting Process

Step 1: Make a list – 50-100+ people
Step 2: Contact & Pique Interest
Step 3: Invite - Show presentation via webinar, test-drive or conf. call
Step 4: Follow Up & Enroll New Partner (Use 3rd party if necessary)
Step 5: Duplicate – Teach your Team to duplicate steps 1-5

The Training Process:

1) Schedule your new RTA'S to attend a live test drive and/or review team website 
within 24 hours of getting started. During this process we teach our new Reps/Brokers to learn and earn at the same time. Immediately after signing up, they should give you 5-10 names so that you can help them invite others on the conference calls, webinars and test drives. Help your new Reps enjoy success and make a check their first 48 hours!

2) All new reps/RTA's should attend a getting started training call right after signing up; and attend our weekly getting started training call their first week in the business.

3) Major Blast: Your goal is to expose everyone you know (on your list) as fast as you can within your first 30 days using 3rd party tools, sizzle call, test drive, webinar, conference call, team website, 2 on 1 Sit-down, Business Briefing, long-distance package, etc. Then follow up using 3^rd party up-line.

4) Schedule a Grand Opening or Private Business Reception (PBR) to launch your business on the fast track!

A) 1^st Grand Opening within 3-7 days. Invite 30-50+ guests.
B)  2^nd PBR within your 1^st two weeks. Invite 20-30+ guests.

5) The more people from your team you have plugged in to the Directors Club System (team calls, conference calls, test drives, webinars, trainings, attending weekly briefings, Super Saturdays, National Convention, etc.) the more you will build a solid team with fewer attrition. Show up & go up!!!!!!
